Sophie is an experienced recruiter and researcher, with a wealth of experience across several sectors, now specialising in sourcing candidates exclusively for our Global Natural Resources teams, including Mining Minerals and Metals, Battery Materials and Energy and Power.
Beginning her career as Associate Consultant she learnt her trade as a recruiter, she found her strongest skillset was in finding out and understanding a marketplace through detailed first-hand research, from insightful conversations with influential candidates. Following her passions, she found herself gravitating towards her Head of Research role.
With over 6 years of Natural Resources industry experience, she leads on research assignments at CSG Talent supporting businesses with critical hires and scale ups by leveraging her established network and honing in on her industry knowledge.
