Sophie O’Mahoney, based from our Leeds office, is an experienced recruiter and researcher, and has worked across several sectors. She is currently working within our Global Mining and Natural Resources teams.

Beginning her career as Associate Consultant (within FMCG) she learnt her trade as a recruiter, she found her strongest skillset was in finding out an understanding a marketplace through detailed first-hand research, from insightful conversations with influential candidates. Which found her gravitating towards a Head of Research role, now after nine years in the industry she leads on research assignments at CSG Talent.

Sophie’s experience within a range of sectors and background as a consultant makes her an invaluable member of CSG Talent.
