Onboarding & Systems Manager
Maria is a Senior Trainer within our People Team, she is responsible for ensuring new consultants start off on the right foot with a firm understanding of their roles and CSG Talent as a business. Maria supports consultants by providing specialised training on our systems as well as best practice.
Maria has a strong background as a Learning and Development Specialist and supports employees across the board, identifying consultants who could benefit from further professional development as well as upskilling to enable them to progress and achieve their career aspirations through continuous learning.
