He collaborates with a range of businesses from smaller single mining companies to multinational organisations, recruiting for a variety of senior level positions from Technical Service Managers, Resource Geologists, Mine Managers to Principle Mine Engineers and everything in between.
Chay leverages his industry knowledge and strong network to assist clients in finding highly skilled candidates who are the right fit for their business long term.
